The building, a typical house is situated at an altitude of 1200 metres at the head of the Sesia valley. Located approximated 50 metres from the ski runs and centre of town, at the edge of the Upper Valsesia Natural park, at the foot of Mt. Rosa. It is in an ideal position for strolls, hill-walking and winter skiing within the "MonterosaSki". A relaxing spot where one can recuperate the energy spent skiing or walking along the spectacularly scenic routes.
